Holy Cartoon, Batman!


If you are like me, you are overly excited yet fearful about the newest Superman movie, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Well, prepare to grab your utility belt because I’m about to blow your mind with this news: The original live-action Batman dynamic duo from the 1960s show will be revising their characters in an animated movie. Don’t know what 1960’s tv show I’m talking about? it’s the single most amazing superheo show ever! It started Adam West as Bruce Wayne and Burt Ward as Dick Grayson. While nothing has been said by Warner Bros, Burt Ward said the following at a convention:

“You can look forward to a new animated Batman full-length 90-minute feature coming out on the 50th anniversary.One of possibly two – but for sure one – that Adam and I are going to be doing the voices for.”

I’m literally like 50 shades of excited because who doesn’t love the campiness of the 1960s Batman? The show was literally years ahead of its time. It definitely a cult classic. I cannot wait to hear more about the movies. Here’s the interview:
